Orders
If you purchase a product from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (including name, telephone number, email, and shipping address). Financial information (such as credit card number and its expiration date will be gathered via Paypal or Shopify POS).

We use this information for shipping purposes ONLY and to fulfill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you

Contests
5am:Hustle often provides you the opportunity to participate in contests on our site. If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name and shipping address).

We use this information to notify contest winners, award prizes, and to send participants shipping info

Uses of Information
We use the information we collect from you for billing purposes and to fulfill your orders. We do not store your credit card information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

All sales are FINAL. NO RETURNS.

SHIPPING

Please allow 1-2 days to process your orders.

We only process on MONDAY – FRIDAY (Business Days)

We ship all shipments through USPS or UPS

Please allow 3-7 business days for shipping within the U.S.

If package never received and not delivered by USPS/UPS we will refund the money. IF marked as delivered (via tracking number), unfortunately theres nothing we are able to do. It must of been lost or sent to the wrong location.

We DO NOT ship to APO. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship all shipments through USPS or UPS

Please allow 3-21 business days for shipping outside the U.S.

Shipping takes longer due to distance and customs

Sales tax is charged for all orders, amount of sales tax depends on your states

We will never sell or share any of the contact information you provide to us. Any and all of your personal information is guarded and will only be used to contact you in regard to your order and or updates, if so requested.
